Need to spice up your workout routine?  We offer a variety of specialized small group programs that will challenge you and reward you with progress toward your fitness goals.  The programs are six weeks long, usually meeting twice each week.   You will receive specific goals, relevant assessment tools, and personalized coaching from one of our expert trainers.

Circuit Machine Orientation

Learn how to use all 11 LifeFitness circuit machines for a fast and efficient workout. This is a great place for many beginners to start strength training.
30 minute session: $25

Introduction to Free Motion Equipment

Add a whole new dimension to a traditional weight training program. Learn the basics of functional fitness training and core strengthening that you can't do on traditional equipment.
1 session: $50
